What is your return policy/trial offer?

Answer: Your 30 Day Trial Offer starts from the day the product is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receipt, contact our customer service department at (888) 613-1113 to arrange for a return authorization and a refund. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return authorization. All refunds will be in the amount of the product price only. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
