I started using YBCR in April 2007. My 2 year old didn't talk and now is saying quite a few words from the videos. My now 9 month old, 2 yr old, 6 yr old, and 7 yr old all love the videos. Its a great video to watch during snack and after nap time. We watch them everyday. My 6 yr old sees a speech therapist and has a slight learning disability and she has even improved since i started showing the videos. I'm a huge fan of the YBCR dvds. ;)

My granddaughter received the 5 DVD set of "Your Baby Can Read" by Dr.
Robert Titzer for Christmas this year. I was prepared for her to be under-whelmed. Imagine my surprise when immediately after the first viewing of the first DVD, she said, "Let's watch it again, grandma."
This from a child who has an extensive DVD library and never wants to watch what she's just watched again. After the initial shock, I hit "play" so that I could analyze the reason for the success of this particular DVD.
And while I watched the picture, I watched her reaction to the animals, the words, and the children. You seem to have hit on a perfect mix of elements to inspire reading. At four, she knows that she's older and smarter than the baby and that gives her a sense of pride. And, of course, she wants to emulate the older children. Throw that in with animals and you have a raging success.
The other night I offered "The Incredibles" and "Home on the Range", two of her all-time favorites and she chose Dr. Titzer.

Our daughter Melinda enjoyed your program immensely from about 6 months old, and was soon laughing, clapping, and saying the words with the video and in books! The moving arrows easily teach the flow of the letters in reading to make a word.
Melinda is now 5 ½, entered kindergarten and was tested and was reading at a 3rd grade level. I believe that your videos have had much to do with her advanced learning. Thank you for

My twins started watching the DVDs when they were 3 months of age. They are now 18 months and THEY CAN READ... It was very pleasant to see this improvement in my twins especially that English is not their native language.

We received the reading program 2 weeks ago, our 2 year old has already memorized all the words on the starter DVD. My 1 year old can easily identify a few words too, like "elephant." They will play with the cards for hours if I let them, and they love watching the DVDs.
