What is your return policy/trial offer?

Answer: Your 30 Day Trial Offer starts from the day the product is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receipt, contact our customer service department at ybcservice@yourbabycan.com to arrange for a return authorization and a refund. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return authorization. All refunds will be in the amount of the product price only. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
